1. Reservation Process

• To make a reservation, guests can book directly through our website, contact our reservation team via phone or email, or use authorized third-party booking platforms.

• A valid credit/debit card is required to confirm and secure a reservation.

2. Payment and Cancellation

• Payment: Full payment or a deposit may be required at the time of booking or upon arrival, depending on the reservation type and policies.

• Cancellation:

  • For cancellations made 15 days or more before the arrival date, no charges will apply.
  • Cancellations made within 14 of the arrival date may incur charges equivalent to 60% of the total reservation cost.
  • No-shows or early departures may be charged the full booking amount.

3. Check-In/Check-Out

• Check-in time is at 02:00 pm, and check-out time is at 11:00 am. Early check-in or late check-out requests are subject to availability and additional charges.

4. Modifications and Room Requests

• Modifications to reservations or room type requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

5. Children and Extra Guests

• Children under the age of 5 years may stay free of charge using existing bedding.

• Additional guests beyond the room's capacity may be accommodated for an extra fee, subject to room availability.

6. Pet Policy

• Pets are not allowed on the premises, except for service animals as required by law.
